Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ideairy (the "Service"), provided by Axirove Innovations Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Ideairy for anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or that attempts to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Content & AI output

You retain ownership of content you create on Ideairy. You grant us the limited, worldwide licence necessary to host, process, and display your content to operate the Service. Ideairy generates websites using third-party AI providers including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT/Codex, and Nano Banana (Gemini Image). Your prompts are transmitted to these providers solely to produce your output and are not used to train their models. See our AI Transparency page for the full list. AI-generated output is provided "as is"; you are responsible for reviewing it before publication.

4. Billing & credits

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. All prices are listed in INR and exclude applicable GST. See our Refund Policy for refund and cancellation terms.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where reasonably possible.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or non-payment.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance.
