This Privacy Policy explains how Axirove Innovations Private Limited ("Axirove", "we", "us"), the company behind Ideairy, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and password (stored hashed).
• Billing data: processed by our payment gateway partner; we store only invoice metadata, not full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages visited, AI prompts, generated projects, and credit usage.
• Device data: IP address, browser, OS, and approximate location for security and analytics.
• Content: the prompts, sitemaps, layouts, and assets you create on Ideairy.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process payments, deliver credits, and send receipts.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To send transactional emails and important product updates. Marketing emails are opt-out.
• To comply with applicable Indian law and respond to lawful requests.

3. AI processing

Prompts and content you submit may be sent to third-party AI model providers strictly to generate your output. We do not use your content to train AI models and require our providers to apply the same limitation under contract.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with vetted processors (hosting, payment gateway, email, analytics, AI model providers) under written data-processing agreements, or when required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. On deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records for 8 years under Indian regulation).

6. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, scoped access controls, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email help@ideairy.ai from the address on your account.

8. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and essential functionality, and minimal analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can clear cookies from your browser at any time.

9. Children

Ideairy is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
