Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases on Ideairy, operated by Axirove Innovations Private Limited. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of the product

Ideairy is a digital SaaS product. Purchases unlock AI credits and access to paid features. Because the service is consumed instantly on use, refunds are limited to the specific cases described below.

2. 7-day refund on first subscription

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided fewer than 20% of that month's AI credits have been consumed. Email help@ideairy.ai from the email address on the account to request a refund.

3. One-time credit purchases

One-time credit top-ups are non-refundable once any credits from that purchase have been consumed. If no credits have been used, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

4. Monthly auto-renewal & UPI mandate

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew via UPI mandate or saved card. You can cancel future renewals anytime from the billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are not refundable.

5. Service issues

If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours due to an issue on our side, you may request a pro-rated credit equal to the affected period.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. GST already paid to the government is non-refundable beyond what payment processors return.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most billing issues within one business day. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
